No. VP Factory is a pay-as-you-go service. You will be charged monthly, for as long as you use the service. There are no setup fees or termination fees.
What are the Extras?

Can I purchase video hosting services?

Yes. Once you are a Start plan user you can purchase them from the Extras. From 1 GB and up to 200 GB of bandwidth, you get to choose the amount of bandwidth you require each month.
